Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, [21] to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

Good Morning!

When we stand firm in our faith and put our hope and trust and whole life into God’s hands, His word says that He will do immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine. I’ve seen that first-hand many times in my life! God is able. He is our rock and our redeemer. He is the lifter of our heads. He is our mighty fortress and the Great I Am.

There are so many names that He calls Himself throughout the Bible so that we, mere humans, can try to wrap our head around how wonderful He really is. But I think the best name is “Our Redeemer.” Without Jesus as our redeemer, we would all simply be doomed. So when we think about receiving immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, I think not just about this life, but the life hereafter, when we all will live eternally in paradise with The Lord where there is no more tears, no more pain, no more weeping, no more wars, just eternal happiness with God – we can’t imagine what that will even be like!

Today, just think back on your life and the times when God provided or moved more than you thought was possible. These are just small appetizers of what is to come. Know that God is for us and not against us and that all we have to do is love Him, trust Him, obey His Word and live humbly. We are the clay, He is the potter. Let your life be clay that is soft and permeable so that God can mold you into what He wants for your life according to His perfect will.
