Good Morning!
We wake up every day with new challenges. We all have hopes, goals and dreams, then the burdens of “doing life” fall upon us and we find ourselves drowning in a sea of misery, sorrow, depression, stress, sickness, pain, debt, etc. It is in that time that we need to just take a step back and pause. We need to remember that God is for us and not against us. God always wants what is best for our lives. We need to first be obedient to His Word and all things will come together for good.

Romans 8:28 NLT
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

When we put our hope and trust in Him, He will be there for us in the midst of our burdens working out the most difficult of situations that we will face. And Yes, we all will all face difficult situations from time-to-time, if for any other reason, God allows it to keep us humble and not rely on our own strength, but to rely solely upon Him as our refuge and strength. It is very easy to forget that He is our provider of everything when things are going great, but as soon as we start facing burdens and things are looking down, we quickly remember and call out to Him for help, and of course, He is always there for us to answer our prayers. The answers will not always be what we want, but He knows what is best for our lives and He will help us in a way that is best, according to His will.

Psalm 46:1 NKJV
God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.

Trusting in Him, being obedient to His word, spending time in prayer, reading His Word and living as an example of love to all others are the things He wants us to do first and foremost in our lives. When we do these things, He will give us the desires of our hearts because we are then aligned with His will for our lives.

Be blessed today knowing that we have a Heavenly Father that knows what is best for our lives, blesses us with breath in our lungs every day and gives us what we need day-by-day to make it through this journey of life and when our hearts are overwhelmed, He will lead us to the rock that is higher than I.

I love you and am praying for you today!
Dad

[7] “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD. [8] For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

Romans 8:31-33 NKJV
[31] What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? [32] He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? [33] Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.
