Ephesians 3:14-21 TLB
[14-15] When I think of the wisdom and scope of his plan, I fall down on my knees and pray to the Father of all the great family of God-some of them already in heaven and some down here on earth- [16] that out of his glorious, unlimited resources he will give you the mighty inner strengthening of his Holy Spirit. [17] And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts, living within you as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love; [18-19] and may you be able to feel and understand, as all God’s children should, how long, how wide, how deep, and how high his love really is; and to experience this love for yourselves, though it is so great that you will never see the end of it or fully know or understand it. And so at last you will be filled up with God himself. [20] Now glory be to God, who by his mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of-infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes. [21] May he be given glory forever and ever through endless ages because of his master plan of salvation for the Church through Jesus Christ.

Good Morning!
We all make plans for our lives. We all try to follow a life plan and it is good to plan ahead. But when it comes to planning, God has the master plan for all of humanity. He started His plans before the world was formed. He knew how man would fail but created us anyhow because He wanted true followers and not “robots” that He could make love Him without free will. God gave man free will and He knew that we would fall. But God made a plan of salvation for us so that we could be redeemed — the wonderful plan of Jesus coming to this earth and dying for all of humanity, paying the price for our sins so that we no longer have to be separated from God but can be an heir and child through His wonderful grace. We will never understand His love for us and how long, wide, deep and high it really is until we are united with Him in heaven. But for now, our faith will carry us forward. We only need to know and trust Him as our Lord and Savior to have His peace and the security in our salvation for eternity. That is the plan of all plans.

As we think about planning for our future, don’t forget about the higher plan that God has for us. God has a master plan for humanity and He has individual plans for our lives to do His will. He wants us all to bear fruit and take up our cross and follow Him. This is not a request, but a command right out of the mouth of Jesus for us all as followers of Christ.

We, as humans, all have shortcomings and failures. We all have gone astray. We all wonder about past choices we have made and did we make right choices. We have all fallen short of His glory but yet He brings us to redemption as His children. He is a loving Father in heaven that pays attention to every detail of our lives. Rejoice in knowing that He loves us so much and pass on that love by being salt and light.

I love you and am praying for you today!
Dad

John 15:16 NKJV
[16] You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.

Mark 10:21 NKJV
[21] Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.”
