Matthew 6:33-34 NKJV
[33] But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. [34] Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Good Morning!
People have a natural desire to always want to fix situations that we see as out of order. Imagine how much more God would like to fix us, but he restrains Himself wanting us to come to Him first with our heavy laden burdens and desires.  He tells us in Matthew 6:33-34 that if we seek Him and His kingdom first in our lives, then all these other things will be added unto us according to His will.

In other words, God wants us to set our hopes and desires upon him first in our lives, then all of the other details of our lives will get worked out. Sometimes that is hard when we are suffering, but if we stand firm in our faith, God will be faithful to His word with us. He is a great, merciful and loving Heavenly Father. He cares for us so deeply, even down to the small details in our lives. He works out everything for our good and that is worth pursuing whole-heartedly in our lives.

I love you and am praying for you today!

Romans 8:28 NLT
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 NIV
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. [12] Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. [13] You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Matthew 11:28-30 NIV
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
