Good Morning!

Below are some of the great promises of God that we have when it comes to prayer. As a nation and around the world, right now, all Christians need to be praying for God’s hand to touch and heal this world. We have so much to be thankful for. Let’s not take those things for granted and pray as Jesus taught us in The Lord’s Prayer.

We may be social distancing right now, but God is always close and never distant from us. Read each of the verses below and meditate on them as you take time today and every day to pray to Our Father in Heaven!

I love you and am praying for you today!

Matthew 6:8-13 NKJV
“Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. [9] In this manner, therefore, pray:
Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
[10] Your kingdom come. Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
[11] Give us this day our daily bread.
[12] And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
[13] And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

John 9:31 NLT
[31] We know that God doesn’t listen to sinners, but he is ready to hear those who worship Him and do his will.

Jeremiah 23:23-24 ERV
This message is from the LORD. “I am God, and I am always near. I am not far away. [24] Someone might try to hide from me in some hiding place. But it is easy for me to see that person, says the LORD, because I am everywhere in heaven and earth.” This message is from the LORD:

James 5:16 KJV
[16] Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

[29] The LORD is far from the wicked, But He hears the prayer of the righteous.

Psalm 141:2 NKJV
[2] Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

Revelation 5:8 NKJV
[8] Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

1 John 5:14-15 NKJV
[14] Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. [15] And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

Colossians 4:2 NKJV
[2] Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving;

1 Peter 3:12 NKJV
[12] For the eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers; But the face of the LORD is against those who do evil.”
